Confirmation

You will receive confirmation from WorldatWork for event registration within 14 days of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please call Customer Relationship Services at  877-951-9191.

Nonmembers: Join WorldatWork and Save

If you are not a WorldatWork member, the nonmember rate will apply. You may sign up for a one-year WorldatWork membership and pay discounted member event fees. All WorldatWork memberships are on an individual basis.

Payment

Full payment is required in order to receive your credentials/badge. You will receive your conference badge and event tickets on site at the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Confirmed registrants who fail to notify WorldatWork of cancellation in advance forfeit all fees paid. A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before April 15, 2019. One hundred percent (100%) of event registration fees will be forfeited after April 15, 2019. Photos and Video Recordings

WorldatWork may take photos and videos during the event for promotional campaigns, communications or publications. By registering, you are authorizing WorldatWorld to use your image. If you don't want your picture taken or used, visit the WorldatWork Info desk on-site for a "no photos" sticker for your name badge.

Recertification Credits and CEUs

If you have a WorldatWork designation, you'll receive 1.5 recertification hours for event attendance.

Recertification credits will automatically load into your Recertification Application within two weeks after the event has ended. You can start or view your application by visiting My Certifications under My Profile on the WorldatWork website.

There is 1 continuing education unit (CEU) available. The CEU is a nationally-recognized unit of measure used to document participation in organized continuing education activities operated in accordance with established criteria. One CEU is equivalent to 10 hours of instruction. WorldatWork courses and events meet the accepted guidelines for institutions that grant the CEU.
